6. Cancellations and postponements

If no specific cancellation terms have been agreed, the following terms apply:

If you cancel more than 28 days before the scheduled delivery date, no cancellation fee will be payable.

If you cancel between 14 and 28 days before the scheduled delivery date, we may charge 50% of the agreed fee.

If you cancel fewer than 14 days before the scheduled delivery date, we may charge 100% of the agreed fee.

We may agree to postpone a course or service at our discretion.

If we need to cancel or postpone a course or service, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative date where appropriate.

 

7. Changes to services

We may make reasonable changes to course content, exercises, materials, timings, trainers or delivery format where needed to improve delivery, respond to client needs or deal with practical constraints.

We will not make material changes to an agreed service without informing you.

 

8. Participant responsibilities

Participants are responsible for taking part in training in a respectful and professional way.

You are responsible for making sure that participants are available, prepared and able to attend.

You are also responsible for telling us in advance about any relevant accessibility needs, venue requirements, safety requirements or other practical issues that may affect delivery.

 

9. Training materials and intellectual property

All training materials, website content, course designs, exercises, models, slides, handouts and related materials remain the intellectual property of Organisational Learning Ltd or its licensors unless agreed otherwise in writing.

You may use materials provided to you for your own internal learning and development purposes.
